Now accepting new patients in Des Moines

Restore function.
Graduate from care.
Move forward.

A focused, individualized process for people who want more than a quick adjustment—and a clear path that does not assume endless care.

Initial evaluation included when you enroll. Individual results and timelines vary.

We do not sell chiropractic visits.

We work to restore function.

A different kind of commitment

You are not buying six adjustments.

You are enrolling in a structured clinical process: identify what may be interfering with function, establish a baseline, deliver individualized care, measure your response, and determine the right next step.

Six visits are the ceiling—not the goal. Some patients may graduate earlier. More complex cases may require a separate recommendation after the initial program is complete.

These testimonials reflect individual experiences. Experiences and results vary, and no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Individualized means individualized

The right support—not the same shelf for everyone.

Nutritional assessment, personalized recommendations and clinical monitoring may be incorporated when appropriate. Your program fee pays for the professional work—not a bundle of products.

Included

Assessment, recommendations, dosing guidance and monitoring during the active program.

Purchased separately

Supplements, laboratory charges, shipping and other third-party products or services.

After graduation

Your care should have options—not an automatic contract.

01

Restored

Your goals have been achieved and no further scheduled care is currently recommended. You return if a new need develops.

02

Established patient

Return for a new injury, flare-up, or focused functional concern when broader health and nutritional assessment is not needed.

03

Precision Longevity

An optional pathway for graduated patients who want proactive functional optimization, nutrition and supplement review, performance support, and periodic reassessment as their needs change.

Simple monthly payment options

Do not let the full program cost delay your next step.

Explore possible monthly payment plans through Cherry before or after scheduling. The Cherry application does not book your visit; use the Schedule Evaluation button to reserve your appointment through Square. Approval and available terms are determined by Cherry.

Good questions

Know what you are committing to.

Is this a package of six visits?

No. It is a restoration process with a maximum of six total visits. The program is completed when graduation criteria are met or at the sixth visit, whichever occurs first.

How quickly are visits scheduled?

Frequency is based on clinical need and response. Care is generally most effective when visits are completed with appropriate consistency rather than spread out unpredictably.

How long do I have to complete the program?

All included visits must occur within 180 days of enrollment. Most patients are expected to complete the active process much sooner.

What if I need more care?

Any recommendation beyond the initial program is made separately, based on current findings and your response. Additional care is not automatically included or required.

Are supplements included?

No. Nutritional assessment and professional recommendations may be included, but products, outside laboratories and third-party costs are purchased separately.

Start with clarity

Find out whether this program is the right next step for you.

Your first visit begins with a comprehensive evaluation. If you are accepted into and enroll in the program, that evaluation is included in the $1,500 program fee. The standalone evaluation fee is $365.
